Memo to file <br />The City of Roseville had a volunteer -led Sister City relationships with cities in Costa Rica and <br />Japan. In 2005 Shinmachi, Japan, merged with another city and was unable to continue the <br />relationship. Additionally, interest in the Sister City partnership with Cartago waned and in 2006, <br />the Sister City program dissolved. <br />The City provided clerical support to the volunteer committee and maintained a copy of minutes. <br />This file represents all documents retained by the City/ <br />June 2012 <br />
