Beck and Dan Krivit and Associates (Projeet Teatn) has compieted <br />this memo as part of our recycling technieal assistance to Ramsey County and the Cify of <br />Roseville (City). This memo surnrnarizes the Project Team's "desk-top" anaiysis of residuals <br />as produced from the Waste Management, Inc./Recycle America Alliance {WMIRAA) <br />materials recovery facility (MRF) in Minneapolis in relation to t1�e City's recent pilot <br />collection study. This "pzocessing residuals nrxemo" is the ProjecE Teams' analysis of <br />available data on the issue of processing residnals given that there were no independent <br />measurements of ouiputs from the WM/RAA Minneapolis MRF. This memo is intended to <br />complement the twa larger reports as produced by the City (draft as of April 16, 2005} and the <br />supporting data analysis condncted by R.W.
