<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />************ ** <br /> <br />Pursuant to due calJ and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />RosevilJe, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 29th day of January, 2007 at 6:00 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Roe; Kough; Pust; Ihlan and Klausing. <br />and the folJowing were absent: none. <br /> <br />Member Roe introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 10474 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE REVISED 2007 FEE SCHEDULE <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, that various regulatory-type fees are established for 2007 in accordance with the Fee <br />Schedule attached to this Resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Pust <br /> <br />and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Roe; Kough; Pust; <br />Ihlan and Klausing. <br /> <br />and the folJowing voted against the same: none. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
