<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, January 29, 2007 at 6:00 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Roe, Kough, Pust, Ihlan and Klausing and the following were <br />absent: none <br /> <br />Roe introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10476 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE RECONSTRUCTION OF <br />NEIGHBORHOOD 10 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council ofRoseville received the Feasibility report on January 8, 2007, and <br />ordered a public hearing for the reconstruction of <br /> <br />Neighborhood 10 <br /> <br />Asbury Street, Snelling Avenue to City Limits <br />Ridgewood Road, Asbury Street to City Limits <br /> <br />WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice was given; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that in <br />accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a <br />public hearing on January 29, 2007, to consider the proposed reconstruction of the streets in <br />Neighborhood 10, consisting ofthe installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, <br />sanitary sewer service repair, drainage facilities, and necessary appurtenances on all that property <br />abutting Ridgewood Road and Asbury Street in the City ofRoseville's Neighborhood 10; <br /> <br />as described in the Notice of Hearings at a cost presently estimated at $350,771.68 and substantially <br />in accordance with the preliminary report as to the feasibility thereof which is now on file in the <br />office of the City Manager; at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be <br />heard thereon, and having considered the views of all interested persons, the Council does hereby <br />determine and order that said improvement shall be constructed and financed and that all streets be <br />constructed substantially as recommended in the feasibility report. The City Engineer for the project <br />is directed to prepare and submit to the Council the final plans and specifications for the <br />improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Pust and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Roe, Kough, Pust, Ihlan and Klausing <br />and the following voted against the same: none <br />
