Dancing on Roses—Tom Kough reported the "Rockin Holfywoods" and "Brandy Creek" <br />have been confirmed. Also a bandstand can be leased from Ramsey County for $600.00. <br />Tom will see if they wi�l donate it at no charge. <br />Golden Memories and Rosy Future—the Banquei Committee met on November 3. The <br />discussion centered on dinner prices, decorations, music, and entertainment. Two <br />huncfred forty {240) - three hundred (300) people are expected to attend. <br />Parade—Diane Lang announced the first parade meeting wil! be November 19 at 7:00 <br />p.m. <br />Salute to Business—no repo�t. <br />Finance Committee—Tom Johnson passed out a budget report and gave a revjew. <br />Publicity Committee--Ray Bar�on met with Pat Joh�son and has a tentative schedule for <br />press releases for 50th Anniversary events_ <br />OVAL Events-50th Anniversary merchandise will be sold at all major events as lor�g as <br />it is not in conflict with other merchandise being sold. <br />Buttons—the buttons have been shipped. Ken Hansen is working on a tri-cornered <br />display card for the buttons. Ken also reported prizes are being solicited to give away at <br />each major event. The Golden K Kiwanis will be selling buttons at each major event and <br />will be given 50� per button. <br />Shirts—not shipped yet. They will be here for the December meeting. <br />Crafts—Dolores Niewakd discussed the idea of a setup fee for crafters to help generate <br />revenue. The option af an outdoor or indoor setup was discussed. <br />Additional—Following the discussion of parking space and Park and Ride focations at <br />various events, it was decided to form a"fransportation Committee to look into the matter. <br />Mindy Greiling said the League of Women Voters would put a uni# in the parade or have <br />a display at one of the 50t� Anniversary e�ents. <br />The Harriet Alexande� Nature Center wiil have a display of nature art and photography on <br />clispfay. <br />ADJO RNMENT . <br />The meeting was adjourned at 9:00 p.m. The next meeting will be on December 3, 1997, <br />at the Roseville Activity Center. <br />� <br />
