EXHIBIT "A" 2216 County Road D Legal Description That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 5, Township 29 North, Range 23 West, lying in the East of the northwesterly line of Long Lake Road, lying west of the west line of the Minnesota Transfer Railway Company's 100 foot right of way and lying northerly and northwesterly of a line parallel with and 9 feet northwesterly and northerly as measured at right angles with the centerline of the Minnesota Transfer Railway Company's lead track which center line is hereafter described, except that part conveyed to the State of Minnesota by Deed Document No. 1548034. Except that portion taken for Long Lake Road. Containing 3.70 acres more or less. Description of centerline of the Minnesota Transfer Railway Company's lead track: Commencing at the point of intersection of the North line of said Section 5, Township 29 North" Range 23 West and the center line of the Minnesota Transfer Railway Company's main line track; thence northwesterly on said centerline of said main track a distance of 101.57 feet to the place of beginning of the lead track to be described: thence southwesterly along a tangential curve to the right with a radius of 762.70 feet and a delta angle of 6022'00" a distance of84.71 feet; thence continuing southwesterly 61.62 feet to a point of curve; thence southwesterly and westerly along a tangential curve to the right with a radius of 338.27 feet and a delta angle of 87047'50" a distance of 516.51 feet; thence northwesterly 231.04 feet to the intersection with the northwesterly line of Long Lake Road and there terminating.
