AttachmentA <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br />1Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />th <br />2of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 11 day of June, 2012, <br />3at 6:00 p.m. <br />4 <br />5The following members were present: ; and and the following members were absent: . <br />6 <br />7Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />8 <br />RESOLUTION No. <br />9 <br />10 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT <br />11 <br />FOR COUNTY ROAD D RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT <br />12 <br />13 <br />14WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the street construction needs of various <br />15neighborhoods in the City and has tentatively selected neighborhoods for inclusion in the <br />162013 Pavement Management Program; and <br />17 <br />18WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the City of Roseville described <br />19below by one or more of the following installations: bituminous paving, concrete curb <br />20and gutter, storm sewer, and necessary appurtenances, and to assess the benefited <br />21property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota <br />22Statutes, Section 429.011 to 429.111: <br />23 <br />24 <br />NEIGHBORHOOD NUMBERS AND DESCRIPTION <br />S <br />25 <br />Neighborhood Street From To <br />16 County Road D Lexington Avenue Victoria Street <br />26 <br />27 <br />28NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />29Minnesota as follows: <br />30 <br />311. The neighborhoods specified above are hereby approved for inclusion in the 2013 <br />32Pavement Management Program. <br />33 <br />342. The proposed improvements are referred to the City Engineer for study and she is <br />35instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in <br />36a preliminary way as to whether they should best be made as proposed or in <br /> <br />
