<br />City of <br /> <br />~~~ <br /> <br />Regular City Council Meeting <br />Minutes <br />Roseville City Hall Council Chambers <br />2660 Civic Center Drive <br />Monday, January 29, 2007 <br /> <br />Call Roll <br />Mayor Klausing called to order the Roseville City Council regular meeting at ap- <br />proximately 6:00 p.rn. and welcomed everyone. <br /> <br />(Voting and Seating Order for January: Roe; Kough; Pust; Ihlan; K]ausing.) <br /> <br />City Attorney Scott Anderson was also present. <br /> <br />Approve Agenda <br />Mayor Klausing noted two items needing to be removed from the Consent Agenda <br />for discussion: Item 3.e and 3.f, respectively entitled, "Approve Janitorial Services <br />Contract;" and "Approve Twin Lakes Litigation Counsel." <br /> <br />Counci]member Kough requested removal of Consent Item 3.a entitled, "Approve <br />Check Register." <br /> <br />Councilmember Ihlan questioned why the Woodlyn Subdivision application, pre- <br />viously scheduled for tonight's agenda, was not included. <br /> <br />Community Development Director John Stark advised that while originally sched- <br />u]ed, and publicly noticed, the applicant had subsequently requested a delay in <br />scheduling the item until February ]2,2007. <br /> <br />Councilmember Ihlan questioned if additional notice would be provided to the <br />public regarding the rescheduled item. <br /> <br />Mr. Stark advised that staffwou]d attempt mailed post card notice as applicable, <br />but would probably be unable to meet publication requirements for published no- <br />tice prior to the February 12, 2007 meeting. <br />
