<br />Roseville City Council <br />Minutes of 1/29/07 Pg 30 of 38 <br /> <br />Council member Ihlan sought clarification of the rezoning and it's applica- <br />tion to the entire shopping center; and any current tenants and their confor- <br />mity to the plan. <br /> <br />Staff responded that current tenants Were conforming; advised that histori- <br />cally, the property should have been zoned B-3; and that no neW traffic is- <br />SueS would be created. <br /> <br />Dave Clark, Architect and Principal with WCL Architects, representing <br />the applicant <br />Mr. Clark advised that the revised site plan should make for simpler traffic <br />patterns with less impact. <br /> <br />Kough moved, Pust seconded, enactment of Ordinance No. 1344 entitled, <br />"An Ordinance Amending Title 10 of the City Code, Changing the Zoning <br />Map Designation of Certain Real Property at 2216 County Road D (Tower <br />Glen) from Retail Office Service District (B-4) to General Business District <br />(B-3); and adoption of Resolution No. 10477 entitled, "A Resolution ap- <br />proving a Conditional Use Permit in Accordance with Roseville City Code, <br />{i 1005.015 and {ilOI3.01, for Clear Choice Properties LLC and WCL Asso- <br />ciates, 2216 County Road D (PF 07-001)." <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Roe; Kough; Pust; Ihlan and Klausing. <br />Nays: None <br /> <br />15. Consider Request by BHJN (ACR Homes) to Terminate the Previously <br />Approved Planned Unit Development at 2435 - 2459 Rice Street (PF07- <br />004) <br /> <br />Mayor Klausing asked that staff include maps with land use agenda items in <br />the future. <br /> <br />Community Development Director John Stark reviewed this "housekeeping <br />issue" to eliminate the Planned Unit Development (PUD) for the property at <br />2435 - 2459 Rice Street; reviewed the history of the map designation and <br />past actions; and zoning actions not authorizing a PUD being was actually <br />stipulated in 1987. <br />
