<br />the present time a business is being conducted in 436 Lovell in violation of this zoning.

<br />The business, Partnership for Minnesota Fuitures, has challenged the zoning restriction.

<br />Property owners in that area request that the ruling of the City Attorney and the
<br />
<br />Community Development Director be upheld and that the business cease use of the house
<br />
<br />for the operation of this business. This is to uphold the character of the neighborhood as
<br />
<br />strictly residential and protect the property values of current residents.
