Smith,
President Judge, affirming decision of township zoning hearing board granting applications for special
use and application for variance. The Commonwealth Court, No. 2510 C.D. 1987, Barry, J., held that:
(1) landowner waived right to challenge standing and lack of board's finding on parking spaces by
failing to raise Issues before board; (2) board did not err In granting applications for special use; and
(3) variance was justified by unnecessary hardship required to convert property to conforming use,
Affirmed.

West Headnotes

ill KevClte Notes ~

$>414 Zoning and Planning
*~ Judicial Review or Relief
-t=414X(E) Further Review
-t=414k745 Scope and Extent of Review
.(F>414k745.1 k.
