Approve Not Waiving the Monetary Limits on Municipal Tort Liability <br />Established by Minnesota Statutes 466.04 <br />Mayor Klausing suggested that staff include this item on the list for future <br />legislative agenda comment that cities act on opting in rather than annual <br />adopting to not waive the limits. <br /> <br />Pust moved, Roe seconded, approval to not waive the monetary limits on <br />municipal tort liability established by Minnesota Statutes 466.04. <br />
