He said that resolutions and ordinances were si _�ned by the <br />200 Ma,vor with the a�roval of the Council, and he would fullv su�port the Commission as an advisory <br />201 bod_y, making a recommending to the Council. <br />202 <br />203 Lynne Meyer, a Roseville resident for almost twent�vears, spoke of her father, a World War II <br />204 pilot, who at a e��ported ,g,av marriage. He closed the public comment section of the meeting <br />and the Commission took a brief recess. <br />Commission Discussion <br />Chair Grefenberg called the meeting back to order. He said the Commission will *^'�° *'�°�r r°°* <br />�determine their position-at t� their regular meeting on Wednesday, May 16. <br />Chair Grefenberg said the HRC is ���g considerin� a position against the marriage <br />amendment that will be �-�R discussed and determined at t�their May 16 meeting. <br />Commissioners Brisbois, Kristin Doneen, Joan Dao and Marie Siliciano volunteered to �draft <br />the ��e�e�-recommended position. <br />Commissioner Singleton thanked staff for their assistance in organizing the meeting and he thanked <br />the community for participating in the public meeting. <br />Adjournment <br />Commissioner Brisbois moved and Commissioner Kaying Thao seconded motion to adjourn. <br />Motion passed unanimously. Meeting adjourned at 8:50 p.m. <br />
