Motion passed unanimously. <br />Explanation of Purpose, Procedures, & Rules <br />30 � Gary Grefenberg relinc�uished the Chair to Vice-Chair David Sin�leton and proceeded to the <br />31 �eakers podium to reviewe-� the Forum's purpose, procedures, and �l€� format ^�*'�° °��°r�„^ <br />, <br />32 �°r'�;„;�rt *'�° r r� *'�° „ °� r*'�° �°°*;„rt He referenced an information sheet <br />33 available at the room's entrance and encouraged the audience to review this listing of the Forum's <br />34 rules and procedure. <br />35 <br />36 <br />37 <br />38 <br />39 <br />40 <br />41 <br />42 <br />Using an overhead projectar Grefenberg reviewed the Forum's �urpose and rules.
