In the event of litigation between the parties related to this 299Agreement or its breach, the prevailing party will be entitled to recover from the other 300party, in addition to other relief as may be granted, a reasonable sum as and for its 301 determined by a court of competent 302jurisdiction. 303 Equal Drafting. 30411.This Agreement must be construed to have been drafted equally 305by the parties. 306 Complete Agreement. 30712.This Agreement, and the Settlement Agreement, 308constitute the entire agreement between the parties related to the demolition of the 309Buildings and assessment of the costs of said demolition and expressly supersedes and 310terminates any and all agreements, promises, representations, or understandings between 311the parties. This Agreement is executed without any reliance upon any statement or 312representation by either party, or its representatives or agents. 313 Binding Effect. 31413. All provisions herein shall run with the land and shall extend to 315and bind the heirs, successors, representatives, and assigns of Owners.
