City of Roseville, Minnesota <br />DEPARTMENTAL DESCRIPTION <br />Communications provides timely information to residents <br />regarding city issues, activities and service through the <br />creative, responsible and cost - effective use of all reasonable <br />media resources. The status of this fund may be affected in <br />future years by the many changes occurring in the <br />telecommunications field including cable television.
