It also provides information to the public and <br />reviews private development plans for conformance to city and cooperative agency guidelines. <br />The Program's activities are accounted for in the General Fund. <br />2003 Goals and Objectives <br />• Provide engineering services for ongoing pavement management program. <br />• Monitor reconstruction of County Rd. C to ensure city goals are met. <br />• Continue to engineer solutions to existing drainage problems. <br />2003 Budget Impact Items <br />• Personnel costs include; 3% COLA on wages, and 12% increase in health/dental <br />premiums. <br />• Other Services reduced to reflect lower depreciation charges. <br />2001 Achievements <br />• Delivered project management, design, and construction services for Josephine Rd. and <br />West Owasso Blvd. <br />• Provided engineering services for mill and overlay projects and several drainage <br />improvements. <br />• Coordinated storm sever system upgrade at TH36 and Zimmerman Lake. <br />* Assisted other divisions and departments with technical assistance. <br />40 <br />
