City of Roseville — 2004 Budget <br />Description: Parks and Recreation Infrastructure Replacement Fund accounts for resources and <br />payments related to the cost of maintaining specific facilities funded by the Series 1995 Bond Issue. <br />This fund has been designated as a minor fund for reporting purposes. <br />Revenues generally consist of interest income. <br />Expenditures recorded include improving and maintaining parks and recreation facilities purchased or <br />constructed with the proceeds of the Series 1995 bond issue. <br />It is expected that this fund is to be self - supporting from the related revenue sources. <br />Description: Parks Improvement Program Fund accounts for resources and payments related to the <br />Park Improvement Program (PIP). The intent of this fund is not to add new assets but to primarily <br />replace those park assets, which have completed their useful life. This fund has been designated as a <br />minor fund for reporting purposes <br />Revenues generally consist of a property tax levy specifically for park improvements. Other revenues <br />include, investment income, allocations from the Parks and Recreation Infrastructure Fund and other <br />miscellaneous revenues sources. <br />Expenditures recorded include certain capital expenditures for park improvement replacement in <br />accordance with the City's Park Improvement Program. <br />It is expected that this fund is to be self - supporting from the related revenue sources. <br />Description: Special Assessment Construction Fund accounts for resources and payments related to the <br />Paving Management Program (PMP). This fund has been designated as a minor fund for reporting <br />purposes <br />Revenues generally consist of allocations from the Infrastructure Replacement Fund. Other revenues <br />include; investment income, and other miscellaneous revenues sources. <br />Expenditures recorded include certain capital expenditures for street improvements in accordance with <br />the City's Paving Management Program. <br />It is expected that this fund is to be self - supporting from the related revenue sources. <br />Description: Housing Loan I Replacement Fund accounts for resources and payments related to the <br />housing loan, improvement and replacement program. This fund has been designated as a minor fund for <br />reporting purposes <br />Revenues generally consist of grant funds, issuance fees of industrial or housing bonds and investment <br />income. <br />Expenditures recorded include loans and grants to Roseville residents to improve or add to the housing <br />base of the community. <br />It is expected that this fund is to be self - supporting from the related revenue sources. <br />135 <br />
