City of Roseville — 2004 Budget Division /Program: Harriet Alexander Nature Center Organizational Responsibility: Director of Parks and Recreation Division /Program Description To provide environmental education, recreational opportunities, and reflection for people of all ages and abilities. The Program's activities are accounted for in the Recreation Fund. 2004 Goals and Objectives • To increase volunteer participation and improve overall volunteer program. • Explore and execute relationships with the Arboretum and the Wildlife Rehabilitation Center. • Evaluate staffing needs. • Strive for increased program revenues through other avenues such as rentals.
