City of Roseville — 2005 Budget Division /Program: Storm Drainage Organizational Responsibility: Public Works Director Division / Program Description Storm Drainage division provides for the management of storm water drainage in the City; including flood control, pollution and contamination prevention, street sweeping, and the leaf - pickup program. The Program's activities are accounted for in the Storm Drainage Fund. 2005 Goals and Objectives • Sweep all City streets bi- annually focusing on environmentally sensitive areas. • Improve and upgrade at least two storm ponding areas per year. • Continue catch basin repair and cleaning program. • Continue storm sewer inspection an inventory program. • Implement Phase II stormwater pollution prevention program as mandated by USEPA. • Complete Arona Site Regional Pond improvements.
