City of Roseville — 2009 Budget <br />As shown in the table, Roseville has the lowest property tax burden amongst cities within the metro area <br />that serve a population between 25,000 and 45,000. Even with the property tax levy increase of 1.9 %, <br />Roseville would still remain the lowest taxed City for this comparison group. <br />If an expanded comparison were made to include all cities in the metro area that serve a population in <br />excess of 10,000, Roseville would have the 7th lowest taxes out of 60 cities. The tax burden on <br />Roseville homeowners has consistently remained below the average for this peer group.
