Division /Program: Organizational Responsibility: City of Roseville — 2009 Budget Fire Administration Fire Chief Division / Program Description Fire Administration assures that the community receives efficient and effective fire prevention, suppression, rescue and emergency services. The focus is on developing and implementing long -range plans that improve the quality of life for Roseville residents. The Division's activities are accounted for in the General Fund. 2009 Goals and Objectives • Reduce payroll expenses by transitioning duties of salaried administrative staff to work on -duty shifts, ensuring the safety of firefighters and ensuring a basic level of fire protection and medical care for the community. • Implement an automated records management system and use data to develop measurable performance metrics.
