Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called to order the Roseville City Council regular meeting at approximately <br /> 6:00 p.m. and welcomed everyone. (Voting and Seating Order for May: Pust; Willmus; <br /> McGehee; Johnson; and Roe). City Attorney Mark Gaughan was also present. <br /> 2. Approve Agenda <br /> Willmus moved, McGehee seconded, approval of the agenda as presented. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Pust; Willmus; McGehee; Johnson; and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 3. Public Comment <br /> Mayor Roe called for public comment by members of the audience on any non-agenda <br /> items. No one appeared to speak at this time. <br /> 4. Council Communications, Reports, Announcements and Housing and Redevelop- <br /> ment Authority(HRA) Report <br /> Mayor Roe announced and invited all Roseville residents to the upcoming formal <br /> groundbreaking ceremony and comments by City officials scheduled for Monday, June <br /> 11, 2012 at 5:00, immediately prior to the regular City Council meeting scheduled at <br /> 6:00 p.m. Mayor Roe encouraged attendance of residents, and asked that those attend- <br /> ing park in the City Hall parking lot. <br /> Mayor Roe announced the filing period for City Council candidates for this fall's elec- <br /> tions would open on May 22, 2012, with filing available at the Ramsey County Gov- <br /> ernment Center in downtown St. Paul. Mayor Roe noted that there would be two (2) <br /> openings for City Council; and that if five (5) or more candidates file, a Municipal Pri- <br /> mary would be held in August, and if not, selections would be done at the General <br /> Election in November. Mayor Roe advised that additional information was available <br /> through City Hall or at the Ramsey County Elections Department. <br /> 5. Recognitions, Donations, Communications <br /> 6. Approve Minutes <br /> a. Approve Minutes of May 14, 2012 Meeting <br /> McGehee moved, Pust seconded, approval of the minutes of the May 14, 2012 <br /> meeting as amended via the Councilmember McGehee copy of the draft meet- <br /> ing minutes; and incorporating those corrections verbally noted by Mayor Roe <br /> below. <br />
