Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called to order the Roseville City Council regular meeting at approximately <br /> 5:35 p.m. and welcomed everyone. (Voting and Seating Order for June: Johnson; <br /> McGehee; Pust; Willmus; and Roe). City Attorney Mark Gaughan was also present; <br /> and Councilmember Pust arrived during the Closed Session. <br /> Closed Executive Session <br /> Johnson moved, Willmus seconded, going into closed executive session to discuss pending lit- <br /> igation, subject to attorney-client privilege, in accordance with MN Statutes section 13d. The <br /> pending litigation cases to be discussed were: City of Roseville v. Xtra Lease and City of Ro- <br /> seville v. Cobalt Industrial REIT II, et. al. <br /> Roll call <br /> Ayes: McGehee, Johnson, Willmus, and Roe <br /> Nays: None <br /> Mayor Roe convened the City Council in Closed Executive Session at approximately 5:37 <br /> PM. The closed session included City Manager Malinen, City Attorney Mark Gaughan, and <br /> attorney Eric Quiring of Ratwik, Roszcak, and Maloney,representing the City in the Xtra <br /> Lease matter. <br /> Pust arrived during closed session, at approximately 6:00 PM. <br /> Johnson moved, McGehee seconded, adjourning the closed executive session and returning to <br /> open session at approximately 6:20 PM. <br /> Roll call <br /> Ayes: Pust, McGehee, Johnson, Willmus, and Roe <br /> Nays: None <br /> Mayor Roe re-convened the City Council in Open Session at approximately 6:24 PM <br /> Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called to order the Roseville City Council regular meeting at approximately <br /> 6:26 p.m. and welcomed everyone.
