Mayor Klausing provided a summary of staffs research into concerns <br />raised by a resident at the February 26, 2007 City Council meeting re- <br />garding the Winter Carnival Medallion Hunt at Central Park and al- <br />leged damages to the park from the hunt. Staffs written contact with <br />the Pioneer Press and responses were provided as a Bench Handout. <br /> <br />b. Mayor Klausing referenced an e-mail addressed to Councilmembers <br />from Denise Karamafrooz commending the detailed work by Rose- <br />ville City staff members, Lyle Miller and Josh Hoff. Mayor Klausing <br />thanked staff for their due diligence; and recognized the exceptional <br />staff employed by the City of Roseville, and extended the City Coun- <br />cil's and public's appreciation for going the extra mile. <br /> <br />c. Councilmember Ihlan reminded and encouraged residents and inter- <br />ested parties in providing their input at upcoming informational ses- <br />sions scheduled on March 15, March 22 and March 28, 2007; or to <br />provide their comment to the study group, City Councilmembers or <br />staff. <br /> <br />3. Regular Council Meeting of February 26, 2007 <br />Roe moved, Pust seconded, approval of the February 26, 2007 Regu- <br />lar City Council Meeting Minutes as presented. <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Pust; Ihlan; Roe and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />5. Consider Consent Items <br />There were no additional changes to the Consent Agenda, other than those <br />previously noted. <br /> <br />At the request of Mayor Klausing, City Manager Bill Malinen briefly re- <br />viewed those items being considered under the Consent Agenda. <br />
