Study Session of March 19, 2007 <br />Klausing moved, Ihlan seconded, approval of the March 19, 2007 <br />Study Session Meeting Minutes as presented. <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Ihlan; Kough; Roe and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />Abstentions: Pust. <br /> <br />Report on Executive Session <br />At the request of Councilmember Ihlan and Mayor Klausing, City Attorney <br />Scott Anderson provided a summary of the executive session held earlier <br />this evening. <br /> <br />City Attorney Anderson advised that, in accordance with State Statute <br />13.d.05 of the Open Meeting Law, meeting closure was permitted to allow <br />attorney/client privilege; and that with Mayor Klausing opening the 5 :00 <br />p.m. Special Meeting in Open Session, on a unanimous vote (5/0), the meet- <br />ing then convened in Executive Session with the City Council and their <br />League of Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust (LMCIT) attorney, Mr. Reu- <br />vers, in attendance for the purpose of his reporting to the City Council and a <br />discussion of strategy and tactics and an update on pending litigation regard- <br />ing Twin Lakes developers. <br /> <br />City Attorney Anderson advised that again, and in accordance with State <br />Statute 13.d.05 of the Open Meeting Law, meeting closure was permitted to <br />allow attorney/client privilege; and that Mayor Klausing again opened the <br />Special Meeting in Open Session, and on a unanimous vote (5/0), the meet- <br />
