EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 12th day of March, 2007, at 6:00 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Pust, Ihlan, Roe, and Klausing, and the following were absent: Kough. Council member Pust introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 10482 FINAL CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE, 2006 CONTRACT C WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on March 27, 2006 for 2006 Contract C, Hardrives, Inc., of Rogers, Minnesota has satisfactorily completed the improvements associated with: P-05-02 P-06-04 FH-06-12 NEIGHBORHOOD 32- CHATSWORTH & LOVELL RECONSTRUCTION AMERICAN STREET-MILL & OVERLAY S.A.P. 160-227-09 WALNUT STREET-MILL & OVERLAY S .A.P. 160-219-011 TERMINAL ROAD - OVERLAY NEIGHBORHOOD 15- MILL & OVERLAY JUDITH STREET DRIVEWAY MILL & OVERLAY ST. MARY'S MILL & OVERLAY TIES SIDEWALK REPLACEMENT SIDEWALK REPLACEMENT PROGRAM NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper order for the final payment of such contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the one year warranty period as specified in the contract shall commence on March 12, 2007. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Roe and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Pust, Ihlan, Roe, and Klausing and the following voted against the same: none.
