<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 26th day of March, 2007, at 6:00 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Pust, Ihlan, Kough, Roe and Klausing and the following <br />were absent: none <br /> <br />Council member Kough introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 10485 <br />FINAL CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE, <br />2006 CONTRACT A: ROSELA WN AVENUE <br />RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on March 27,2006 for 2006 <br />Contract A: Roselawn Avenue Reconstruction, Forest Lake Contracting of Forest Lake, <br />Minnesota has satisfactorily completed the improvements associated with 2006 Contract A: <br />Roselawn Avenue Reconstruction. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted <br />and approved; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper order <br />for the final payment of such contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the one year warranty period as specified in the contract <br />shall commence on March 26, 2007. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Pust and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Pust, Ihlan, Kough, Roe and <br />Klausing and the following voted against the same: none <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
