<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 26th day of March, 2007, at 6:00 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Pust, Ihlan, Kough, Roe and Klausing <br />and the following were absent: none <br /> <br />Member Ihlan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No. 10489 <br />Resolution Providing Direction to the Ethics Commission <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council specifically authorizes the <br />Ethics Commission to: 1) conduct an annual review of the Ethics Code; 2) provide input on <br />topics, speakers, format and scheduling of the annual training; and 3) investigate establishing a <br />procedure relative to handling difficult ethical situations before they become breaches of ethical <br />conduct. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Kough, <br />and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Pust, Ihlan, Kough, <br />Roe and Klausing <br />and the following voted against the same: none. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
