<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 26th day of March, 2007, at 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Pust, Ihlan, Kough, Roe, and Mayor Klausing <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Council Member Klausing introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10486 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN INTERIM USE PERMIT IN ACCORDANCE WITH <br />~1012.09 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR NADEAU EXCAVATING <br />AT 2814 CLEVELAND AVENUE (PF07-004) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Nadeau Excavating has requested approval of an INTERIM USE PERMIT <br />in accordance with ~1012.09 of the Roseville City Code on property addressed at 2814 Cleveland <br />Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the subject property is legally described as: <br /> <br />PARCEL C: <br /> <br />LOTS 5, 6 15 AND 16, BLOCK A, TWIN VIEW <br />PIN: 04-29-23-32-0003 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the applicant in cooperation with the property owner seeks to establish a <br />temporary storage area in the southeast comer of the parcel; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Nadeau Excavation seeks the requested INTERIM USE PERMIT to utilize <br />the property located at 2814 Cleveland Avenue during the summer of 2007 for a temporary <br />storage yard consisting of a few pieces of contractor equipment, job materials (including manhole <br />sections, trench boxes, manhole rings), sand and cement (covered) and 4,000 cubic yards of <br />granular material (from a bridge abutment project which must be stored then brought back for <br />backfilling); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding the <br />requested INTERIM USE PERMIT, voting 6-0 to recommend approval of the request based on <br />the comments and findings of the staff report dated March 7, 2007; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to APPROVE <br />the request by Nadeau Excavating for an INTERIM USE PERMIT in accordance with Section <br />S1012.09 of the Roseville City Code, subject to the following conditions; <br /> <br />1 <br />
