This <br />project will meet the following objectives: <br /> <br />. Enhancement of the County Road C pathway. <br /> <br />. Notable improvement of County Road C and Lexington area creating a focal <br />point for the Civic Center site and the community. <br /> <br />. Serve as a splendid welcome to Roseville for visitors from around the region, <br />county, and world. <br />
