<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 23rd day of April 2007, at 6:00 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Ihlan, Roe, Pust and Klausing <br />and the following were absent: Kough. <br /> <br />Member Klausing introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No. 10495 <br /> <br />Resolution Appointing Councilmember Dan Roe as an alternate to the North Suburban <br />Cable Commission <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville is one of ten members of the North Suburban Cable <br />Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville is entitled to one director to represent it on the Commission; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Page 3, Section VI. Section 2 of the agreement between the City and the North <br />Suburban Cable Commission, states that a director shall be appointed by <br />resolution; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, if an appointed member is unable to fulfill his or her duties, the City of Roseville <br />would not be represented on the North Suburban Cable Commission. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Roseville appoints Councilmember <br />Dan Roe as an alternate to the North Suburban Cable Commission on April 23, <br />2007 for a term that ends on December 31, 2007. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Pust, <br />and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Ihlan, Roe, Pust and <br />Klausing and the following voted against the same: none. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
