<br />Extract of Minutes of a Meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in the City on Monday, the 23rd day of <br />April, 2007, commencing at 6:00 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members of the Council were present: Ihlan, Roe, Pust and Klausing <br /> <br />And the following were absent: Kough <br /> <br />During said meeting Councilmember Pust introduced the following Resolution, the <br />written presentation and reading of which were waived by unanimous consent of the Council, <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 10496 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECITING A PROPOSAL FOR A <br />FINANCING PROGRAM FOR A MULTI-FAMILY RENTAL <br />HOUSING DEVELOPMENT, CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING THEREON, <br />GIVING PRELIMINARY APPROVAL TO THE PROJECT AND THE PROGRAM, <br />AUTHORIZING AN APPLICATION FOR BONDING AUTHORITY <br />AND AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION <br />OF NECESSARY DOCUMENTS AND MATERIALS <br />(CENTENNIAL GARDENS EAST PROJECT) <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />member Roe, and after full discussion thereof and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: Roe, Pust, and Klausing <br /> <br />And the following voted against the same: Ihlan. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2019195vl <br />
