<br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to APPROVE <br />the request by Twin Cities Co-Op Federal Credit Union (in cooperation with Denny's Realty, <br />property owner) for a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT in accordance with Section 1013.01 of the <br />Roseville City Code, subject to the following conditions; <br /> <br />1. The applicant must submit a grading/drainage plan to the Roseville City Engineer <br />for review and approval. Also this Plan must receive proper approval form the <br />Rice Creek Watershed. <br /> <br />2. The applicant must submit a landscape plan that includes boulevard trees <br />consistent with the Roseville Master Street Plan and site landscaping that includes <br />a mixture of trees, shrubs and perennials. <br /> <br />3. The proposed trash/recycling enclosure must include a roof and be adequately <br />sized, with the applicant aware that storing dumpsters outside a trash enclosure is <br />prohibited by City Code. <br /> <br />4. Site improvements and building design standards must meet applicable codes at <br />the time of the building permit application. <br /> <br />5. The conditional use permit shall expire within 12 months of the date of City <br />Council approval if a building permit is not obtained for the approved <br />development (SlO13.03 of the City Code) with a possible 6 month extension at <br />the discretion of staff. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Ihlan and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Roe, Kough, <br />Pust, Ihlan and Mayor Klausing <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
