<br />ORDINANCE NO. 1345 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10 OF THE CITY CODE, CHANGING <br />THE ZONING MAP DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY <br />REFERRED TO AS GREENHOUSE VILLAGE FROM GENERAL BUSINESS <br />DISTRICT (B-3) AND TOWN HOME DISTRICT (R-6) TO PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT (PUD) WITH AN UNDERLYING ZONING OF GENERAL <br />RESIDENCE DISTRICT (R-3) AND TOWNHOUSE DISTRICT (R-6). <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br /> <br />Section 1. Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning <br />Amendments) of the City Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, and after the City <br />Council consideration on PF3548, the following property, located at 1021 Larpenteur <br />Avenue, is hereby rezoned as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1 Greenhouse Village <br /> <br />is hereby rezoned from General Business District (B-3) to Planned Unit <br />Development with an underlying zoning of General Residence District (R-3); and <br /> <br />Lot 2, Block 1 Greenhouse Village <br /> <br />is hereby rezoned from Town Home District (R-6) to Planned Unit Development <br />(PUD) with an underlying zoning of Townhouse District (R-6). <br /> <br />Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to the City Code shall <br />take effect upon: <br /> <br />1.
