<br />City of <br /> <br />R&~ <br /> <br />Regular City Council Meeting <br />Minutes <br />City Hall Council Chambers, 2660 Civic Center Drive <br />Monday, May 7, 2007 <br /> <br />1. Call Roll <br />Mayor Klausing called to order the Roseville City Council regular meeting <br />at approximately 6:00 p.m. and welcomed everyone. <br /> <br />(Voting and Seating Order for May: Roe; Kough; Ihlan; Pust; and Klausing.) <br /> <br />Mayor Klausing welcomed Councilmember Kough back to the bench. <br /> <br />City Attorney Scott Anderson was also present. <br /> <br />2. Approve Agenda <br />Councilmember Ihlan requested removal of Consent Agenda items 7.a, d, f, <br />and g respectively entitled, "Check Register - Approve Check Register;" <br />"Set Public Hearing - Set a Public Hearing for June 11, 2007 for the Purpose <br />of Issuing Tax Exempt Bonds for Centennial Gardens West Apartments;" <br />"Encroachment Agreement - Approve an Encroachment Agreement for <br />Walser Dealership;" and "Wetland Permit - Approve a Wetland permit Ap- <br />plication at 2986 West Owasso Boulevard." <br /> <br />3. Public Comment <br />Mayor Klausing called for public comment by members of the audience on <br />any non-agenda items. No one came forward to speak. <br /> <br />4. Council Communications, Reports and Announcements <br />a. Mayor Klausing offered his personal and community collective con- <br />dolences to the family and fellow officers of Roseville Police Officer <br />Ron Curtin. <br /> <br />b. Mayor Klausing noted his recent attendance, along with Public Works <br />Director Duane Schwartz at a Center for Transportation Conference at <br />the University of Minnesota; where some interesting transportation is- <br />sues were discussed.
