Call Roll <br />Mayor Klausing called to order the Roseville City Council Study Session at <br />approximately 6: 13 p.m. and welcomed everyone. <br /> <br />(V oting and Seating Order for May: Roe; Kough; Ihlan; Pust and Klausing.) <br /> <br />City Attorney Scott Anderson was also present. <br /> <br />2. Approve Agenda <br />The Agenda was approved as presented. <br /> <br />3. Public Comment <br />Mayor Klausing called for public comment by members of the audience on <br />any non-agenda items. No one appeared. <br /> <br />4. Council Communications, Reports and Announcements <br />None. <br /> <br />5. Report Items <br />a. Ordinance - Discussion of Modifications to City Code relating to <br />Fertilizer and Pesticide Use <br />Randy Neprash, representative of the City's Public Works, Environ- <br />ment, and Transportation (PWET) Commission and Duane Schwartz <br />Public Works Director and staff liaison to the PWET, presented a pro- <br />posed ordinance revision to the City's Fertilizer Ordinance. <br /> <br />Mr. Schwartz summarized the PWET recommendation, seeking a re- <br />view and update of the existing ordinance to add language regarding <br />the use of pesticides in the City and public notification when and <br />where pesticides have been applied. <br />
