~ lar i Council ~~t~ <br />array, a~ 21, 0 7 <br />age 27 <br />complete the Twin Lakes Business Park AUAR Update, authorizing <br />Project Scope Option 2: Revision of Development Scenario 1B, and <br />developing a third scenario as well as completing additional traffic <br />studies; in order to maximize the flexibility of the AUAR as a devel- <br />opment tool for future incremental or comprehensive redevelopment <br />of the Twin Lakes area, at an additional cost estimated between <br />$45,350 - $50,250. <br />Discussion ensued regarding additional funding for an expanded <br />scope; the public input process built into the AUAR process; and the <br />need to gather as much data as possible to be proactive when develop- <br />ers approach the City about specific development scenarios in the <br />Twin Lakes area; and upfront costs of the GUAR prorated for reim- <br />bursement by future developers. <br />Mayor Kl_at~sing, noting the approachi_n_g meeting c>>rfew time of 1.0:00 p.m~, <br />sought Council consensus to continue the meeting until 10:15 p.m. Council con- <br />sensus was so provided. <br />Mayor Klausing brought forward several remaining items on the agenda before <br />continuing discussion on the AUAR. <br />g. Dog Licenses -Consider Changes to Cat and Dog Licenses <br />Mayor Klausing moved, Roe seconded, tabling considering changes to <br />the City's Cat and Dog Licenses and Ordinance, pending additional <br />information to be provided by staff. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Roe; Pust and Klausing. <br />Nays: Kough and Ihlan. <br />Motion carried. <br />h. Commission Vacancy - Consider a Procedure for Filling a Va- <br />cancy on the Parks and Recreation Commission <br />After a brief discussion, it was Council consensus that staff advertise <br />for applications to serve on the Parks and Recreation Commission <br />with applications due to the City by June 22, 2007 and schedule inter- <br />views for July 9, 2007. <br />
