~ lar i Council ~~t~ array, a~ 21, 0 7 age 27 complete the Twin Lakes Business Park AUAR Update, authorizing Project Scope Option 2: Revision of Development Scenario 1B, and developing a third scenario as well as completing additional traffic studies; in order to maximize the flexibility of the AUAR as a devel- opment tool for future incremental or comprehensive redevelopment of the Twin Lakes area, at an additional cost estimated between $45,350 - $50,250. Discussion ensued regarding additional funding for an expanded scope; the public input process built into the AUAR process; and the need to gather as much data as possible to be proactive when develop- ers approach the City about specific development scenarios in the Twin Lakes area; and upfront costs of the GUAR prorated for reim- bursement by future developers. Mayor Kl_at~sing, noting the approachi_n_g meeting c>>rfew time of 1.0:00 p.m~, sought Council consensus to continue the meeting until 10:15 p.m. Council con- sensus was so provided. Mayor Klausing brought forward several remaining items on the agenda before continuing discussion on the AUAR. g. Dog Licenses -Consider Changes to Cat and Dog Licenses Mayor Klausing moved, Roe seconded, tabling considering changes to the City's Cat and Dog Licenses and Ordinance, pending additional information to be provided by staff. Roll Call Ayes: Roe; Pust and Klausing. Nays: Kough and Ihlan. Motion carried. h. Commission Vacancy - Consider a Procedure for Filling a Va- cancy on the Parks and Recreation Commission After a brief discussion, it was Council consensus that staff advertise for applications to serve on the Parks and Recreation Commission with applications due to the City by June 22, 2007 and schedule inter- views for July 9, 2007.
