<br />Extract of Minutes ofa Meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in the City on Monday, the 7th day of <br />May, 2007, commencing at 6:00 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members of the Council were present: Roe, Kough, !hlan, Pust and Klausing <br /> <br />And the following were absent: none. <br /> <br />During said meeting Pust introduced the following Resolution, the written presentation <br />and reading of which were waived by unanimous consent of the Council, and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECITING A PROPOSAL FOR A <br />FINANCING PROGRAM FOR A MULTI-FAMILY RENTAL <br />HOUSING DEVELOPMENT GIVING PRELIMINARY APPROVAL <br />TO THE PROJECT AND THE PROGRAM, AUTHORIZING AN <br />APPLICATION FOR BONDING AUTHORITY AND AUTHORIZING <br />THE PREPARATION OF NECESSARY DOCUMENTS AND MATERIALS <br />(CENTENNIAL GARDENS PROJECT) <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />member Klausing, and after full discussion thereof and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Roe, Kough, Pust and Klausing <br /> <br />And the following voted against the same: !hlan <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2019195v3 <br />
