<br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council that alII 0 park and ride <br />facilities (Bethany Baptist Church, 2025 Cleveland Avenue; Church of Corpus Christi, 2131 <br />Fairview Avenue; Grace Church of Roseville, 1310 County Road B2; Roseville Covenant <br />Church, 2865 Centennial Drive; Roseville Area High School, 1238 - 1240 County Road B2; St. <br />Michael's Lutheran Church, 1660 County Road B; The Church ofSt. Rose, 2048 Hamilne <br />Avenue; Centennial United Methodist Church, 1525 County Road C2; North Como Presbyterian <br />Church, 965 Larpenteur Avenue; and Calvary Baptist Church, 2120 Lexington Avenue) be <br />subject to the following terms and conditions: <br /> <br />1. The hours of operation at each of the ten sites are limited from 8 a.m. to midnight <br />during the 12-day Minnesota State Fair. <br /> <br />2. Each site must have a minimum of one portable restroom that is cleaned on a <br />regular basis (every four days). <br /> <br />3. Each site must have trash and recycling containers appropriately placed <br />throughout the site to encourage use. Each trash container must be emptied daily. <br /> <br />4. Each site must be monitored (walked by volunteer staff) hourly between the hours <br />of 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. and every half hour between the hours of 7 p.m. and <br />midnight. <br /> <br />5. Each site is allowed directional signage and a "lot full" sign not exceeding 28 <br />inches by 36 inches. Directional signage must be placed on the site directing <br />users away from local residential streets. Set-up and takedown of directional <br />signage and other pertinent information must take place daily. At Calvary Church <br />a "no right turn" sign and/or "dead end street" sign and/or "no outlet" sign shall be <br />placed at northwest entrance/exit and the northeast entrance/exit (Burke Street) <br />shall be barricaded. <br /> <br />6. All bus traffic must take place on collector roads. At Calvary Baptist Church the <br />route shall utilize the drive lane adjacent the church/school with the bus entering <br />the site from the south (Parker Avenue) and exiting the site from the north (Burke <br />Avenue). <br /> <br />7. The City has the ability, should certain altercations, events, or issues arise, to shut <br />down a lot if deemed necessary by the City Manager or hislher assignee. <br /> <br />8. The Community Development Staff, based on citizen complaints, will <br />administratively review each IUP site to determine whether modifications are <br />necessary and forward recommendations for appropriate action. <br /> <br />2 <br />
