EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 11th day of June, 2007, at 6:00 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Kough, Pust, Ihlan, Roe and Klausing and the following were absent: none Councilmember Kough introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 10511 A RESOLUTION APPROVING MUNICIPAL CONCURRENCE OF COUNTY STATE AID HIGHWAY SYSTEM DESIGNATION OF COUNTY ROAD B2 (NEW CSAH 78) FROM VICTORIA STREET TO DALE STREET WHEREAS, establishment of "County State Aid Highway" status may be accomplished by resolution of the Ramsey County Board of Commissioners pursuant to Minnesota Statutes ~ 162.02; and WHEREAS, the County Board of the County of Ramsey did adopt Resolution 2007-173 on May 8,2007, locating, establishing, designating and numbering CSAH 78 (County Road B2) from Victoria Street to Dale Street as part of the County State Aid Highway system of Ramsey County, and WHEREAS, said resolution locates and establishes the subject County State Aid Highway within the corporate limits of the City of Roseville; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville that the resolution adopted by the County Board, a copy of which is attached hereto and made part thereof, locating and establishing the above County State Aid Highway within the City limits is in all things approved. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Pust and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Kough, Pust, Ihlan, Roe and Klausing and the following voted against the same: none Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
