<br />Extract of Minutes of a Meeting ofthe <br />City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> <br />of Roseville, Minnesota was duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 11 th day of <br /> <br />June, 2007, at 6:00 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Kough, Pust, Thlan, Roe and Klausing <br /> <br />and the following were absent: none. <br /> <br />Member Roe introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 10513 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A HOUSING PROGRAM, <br />AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF $12,500,000 <br />MULTIFAMILY HOUSING REVENUE BONDS, SERIES 2007 <br />(CENTENNIAL APARTMENTS PROJECT) TO FINANCE A PROJECT AND <br />AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF DOCUMENTS RELATING THERETO <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br /> <br />Pust and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: Kough, Pust, Thlan, <br /> <br />Roe and Klausing <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: none. <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2035126v3 <br />
