<br />Extract of Minutes of a Meeting ofthe <br />City Council ofthe <br />City of Roseville <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> <br />of Roseville, was duly held at the City Hall in the City of Roseville, Minnesota on Monday, the <br /> <br />11th day of June, 2007 at 6:00 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Kough, Pust, Ihlan, Roe and Klausing <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: none <br /> <br />Member Roe introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No.10514 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE <br />AND SALE OF HOUSING REVENUE REFUNDING BONDS, <br />(EAGLECREST PROJECT), SERIES 2007 <br />TO PROVIDE FUNDS FOR A SENIOR MUL TIF AMIL Y HOUSING PROJECT <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br /> <br />Pust, and after full discussion thereof and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br /> <br />favor thereof: Kough, Pust, Ihlan, Roe and Klausing <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: none. <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2035105vl <br />
