<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City ofRoseville, <br />County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 13th day of October, 1997 at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Wi ski, Maschka, Goedeke, Mastel, and Wall, <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Mastel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 9474A <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING THE SPRINT LEASE <br />REGARDING A TYPING ERROR ON THE ANNUAL RENT AMOUNT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the amount listed in the original lease used two different amounts and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the agreed amount was $14,400, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City ofRoseville, Minnesota, <br />that Section 3. (A) of the Sprint Lease for the Fairview site be as follows: <br /> <br />Upon the Commencement Date, the Lessee shall pay Owner, as rent, the sum of Fourteen <br />Thousand Four Hundred dollars ($14,400.00) per year based upon Lessee's installation as shown <br />on Exhibit B. The first years's rent shall be pro-rated to the end of 1996. The entire annual rent shall <br />be paid on the Commencement Date and within the first ten (10) days of January of each succeeding <br />year. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Wiski <br />and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Wiski, Maschka, <br />Goedeke, Mastel, and Wall, <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
