Attachment A <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />1 <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />2 <br />3 <br />4Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />5County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 16th day of July 2012, at 6:00 p.m. <br />6 <br />7The following members were present: <br />8and the following were absent: <br />9 <br />10Councilmember __________________ introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />11 <br />12 <br />13RESOLUTION # _________ <br />14 <br />15RESOLUTION APPROVING MAYOR’S REAPPOINTMENT OF <br />16BILL MAJERUS TO THE <br />17HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY IN AND FOR <br />18THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />19 <br />20 <br />21WHEREAS, Bill Majerus has been on the Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the <br />22City of Roseville (HRA) since the beginning, and <br />23 <br />24WHEREAS, Mr. Majerus served as its chair in the formative years, had been involved in the HRA’s <br />25pursuit of Rental Registration and a role in funding the upfront costs of code <br />26enforcement abatement, and <br />27 <br />28WHEREAS, Mr. Majerus provides an institutional memory as newer members are on board, and <br />29 <br />30WHEREAS, the Mayor has submitted for this Council’s consideration the reappointment to the <br />31HRA board of resident Bill Majerus with a term expiring on September 23, 2016. <br />32 <br />33 <br />34NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council that the City Council <br />35approves the Mayor’s reappointment of Bill Majerus to the Roseville HRA Board. <br />36 <br />37 <br />38The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by: <br />39and upon vote taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />40and the following voted against the same: <br />41 <br />42Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />43 <br /> <br />
