3 of 4 <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />62 <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />63 <br />64 <br />65Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />66County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 16th day of July 2012, at 6:00 p.m. <br />67 <br />68The following members were present: <br />69and the following were absent: <br />70 <br />71Councilmember __________________ introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />72 <br />73 <br />74RESOLUTION # _________ <br />75 <br />76RESOLUTION APPROVING MAYOR’S REAPPOINTMENT OF <br />77DEAN MASHKA TO THE <br />78HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY IN AND FOR <br />79THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />80 <br />81 <br />82WHEREAS, Dean Maschka is ending his first full term as a Board Member for the Housing and <br />83Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Roseville (HRA), and <br />84 <br />85WHEREAS, Mr. Maschka has been a valuable contributor to the growth and development of the <br />86HRA especially focusing on multi-family housing needs in the community, and <br />87 <br />88WHEREAS, MR. Maschka is currently serving as the Chair of the HRA, and <br />89 <br />90WHEREAS, the Mayor has submitted for this Council’s consideration the reappointment to the <br />91HRA board of resident Dean Maschka with a term expiring on September 23, 2015 <br />92 <br />93 <br />94NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council that the City Council <br />95approves the Mayor’s appointment of Dean Maschka to the Roseville HRA Board. <br />96 <br />97 <br />98The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by: <br />99and upon vote taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />100and the following voted against the same: <br />101 <br />102Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />103 <br /> <br />
