Attachment B <br />July 16, 2012 <br />TO THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br />RE: 2011 Pavement Management Project <br /> Contract Acceptance and Final Payment <br />Dear Council Members: <br />I have observed the work executed as a part of the 2011 Pavement Management Project. I find <br />that this contract has been fully completed in all respects according to the plans, specifications, <br />and the contract. I therefore recommend that final payment be made from the improvement fund <br />to the contractors for the balance on the contract as follows: <br />Original Project amount (based on estimated quantities) $1,793,246.46 <br />Final Contract Amount $1,780,999.74 <br />Previous payments $1,691,949.75 <br />Balance Due $89,049.99 <br />Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns and would like more information. <br />Sincerely, <br />Debra M.
