Council appproved the FFire Departmment to proceed with <br />6 <br />the fiirst phase “BBid Package #1” which cconsists of thhe following items: <br />7 <br />6 <br />Site/earthh work <br />7 <br />Utilities <br />8 <br />Buildingffoundation <br />9 <br />Paving <br />10 <br />11 <br />Bidppackage #1 bbid opening wwas held on April 10, 20012. Contracctor bid priciing was goodd for <br />16 <br />ninetyy days and thus expired on July 10, 2012. The pproject constrruction mannager was ablle to <br />17 <br />securre bid pricingg extensionss on two of thhe three conntracts.
