Interest on the amount due will be as follows: <br /> <br />a) On the Amended Assessment - Interest at the rate of <br />7.5% per annum accruing on the full amount of the <br />amended assessment will commence on October 25, 1995. <br /> <br />b) Interest on the Deferred Assessment - Interest at <br />the rate of 7.5% per annum will commence 30 days after <br />the City adopts the resolution as set forth in <br />paragraph 5 above, determining when the deferred <br />assessment shall become payable. <br /> <br />7. In no event will any assessment or any installment be <br />due after the calendar year of 2025. <br /> <br />8. All other portions of Resolutions Nos. 9233 and 9241 <br />shall remain in force and effect unless specifically amended or <br />inconsistent with this Resolution. <br /> <br />The Motion for the adoption <br />duly seconded by Member Goedeke <br />thereon, the following voted in <br />Goedeke, and Wall <br />against the same: Mastel. <br /> <br />of the foregoing resolution was <br />and upon a vote being taken <br />favor thereof: Wiski, Maschka, <br />, and the following voted <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted this 13th day of October , 1997. <br /> <br />3 <br />
