<br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The assessment for Improvement No. 93-10 and adoþted by <br /> <br />Resolution No. <br /> <br />9229 <br /> <br />lS hereby amended as follows: <br />Original Assessment <br />$ 28,386.53 <br /> <br />New, Assessment <br />$ liS, 798.00 <br /> <br />Improvement No. <br /> <br />93-10 <br /> <br />(Lincoln Dr. <br /> <br />) * <br /> <br />2~ The City agrees that the interest charged on the assessment will <br /> <br />be as originally assessed in Resolution No. <br /> <br />o'}?O <br />~ ~._::.... ./ <br /> <br />--~-- <br /> <br />3. The City agrees that the property owner may, at its option, pay <br />off the above sums in one total payment as provided by law by paying the <br /> <br />assessment and any accrued interest. <br /> <br />~. The City also agrees that if the property owner has already made <br />paYlT'.ents t.o Ramsey County in excess of the at:,ove amounts that the City of <br /> <br />Roseville will reimburse the property owner for any excess. <br /> <br />~.
